ACE Educator Training with Gina Silvestro in Melbourne!...
This class is open to all nail technicians who have aspirations to become an Akzentz Certified Educator (ACE).
To qualify to become ACE certified, a nail technician must meet the following requirements.
1. Have a minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a nail technician.
2. Have a very professional attitude and appearance.
3. Have a passion for nails and desire to learn and be able to share their knowledge with other nail technicians.
Class sizes are limited to twelve (12) trainees so positions are limited.
The educational class and a three night hotel stay (rooms shared between two trainees) are covered by Akzentz.
A fee of $650.00 is required to reserve your spot in the class.
The fee covers the Akzentz Educators product and tool kit.. This kit will be given to each trainee for use at the class and to
be taken with them at the end of the class.
To register and be accepted, you must send a photograph of yourself, a brief
biography and a photograph of one of each of the following nails
(done using Akzentz Gel Products):
Natural Nail Overlay, Tip Overlay and Pink and White Sculptured Nail.

onto Cheryl Campbell at Akzentz Head Office for final approval.
Upon successful completion of the class and written exam, you will be awarded an
(ACE) Akzentz Certified Education Certificate and an Educators Gift.
Please keep in mind that to receive and ACE Certificate, you must complete and pass
the ACE educational class and exam. If you do not complete or pass the class, you are
welcome to attend future ACE classes any try again for the ACE Certificate.

Design-A Duster Brush Competition...
This Competition by VIVid Nails is proudly sponsored by ONS (Odyssey Nail Systems) and Akzentz and open for Australian Nail Artists.
Decorate your favourite Nail Duster Brush using any form of Media - Acrylic or Gel or both.
You may also use embellishments and acrylic paints but this must not exceed more than 10% of the Design. Therefore the majority of the design must be created using Acrylic and/or Gel.
You can do anything you like, the Duster Brush does not need to be practical so let your imaginations run wild!!!
The cost is $10 per entry and all entries will receive a gorgeous 'Certificate of Participation'.
Winners will receive a Product Gift Pack, A certificate and a beautiful Plaque.

Winners of the Akzentz Toenail Competition....
WE HAVE OUR WINNERS!!! Talk about stress!!! they were all so gorgeous!!!
So, we are pleased to announce the winners of the 1st round of the VIVid Educators - Akzentz Toenail Competition....

The winners were chosen for the following points....• Use of Akzentz gel to create design (being that it was an Akzentz Gel comp)• Finish (shaping, cuticle area, overall technical appearance)• Creativity of design and presentation of feet with background
So.....now this means round 2....Kirsty and Jill, have their next challenge for the final winner. Theme: Shoes (any type of shoe....stiletto, ugg boot, thongs, slippers, lol! Whatever you like) The shoes are to be used as your inspiration for your designer nails on hands.
